TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Terms of SALE are STRICTLY CASH to the highest bidder. In the case of a dispute, the
    decision of the auctioneer will be final. Lots should be cleared immediately after the sale.
    Purchasers must pay for their lots on delivery.
2. A 10% Buyers Commission will be added to all purchases. A 5% GST is payable by all
    residents of Canada and 7% GST will be charged on the 10% Buyers Commission on all
    non-resident invoices.
3. All lots are sold as genuine (unless otherwise states, or sold "as is") but should any lot
    prove otherwise, it may be returned, provided that it is returned within 5 days of receipt of
    the lot. This does not apply to mixed lots containing undescribed stamps.
4. Stamps described with defects are not returnable on account of their condition. Stamps
    which have been illustrated may not be returned on account of centering. No lots may be
    returned by persons who have had an opportunity of examining the stamps before the sale.
5. Lots containing ten or more stamps may not be returned for minor defects.
6. The auctioneer reserves the right to group two or more lots; also to withdraw any lot or
    lots from the sale. In the case of identical lots, the purchaser of the first lot will have the
    option of purchasing all remaining lots at the same price, unless higher bids have been
    placed with the auctioneer prior to sale.
7. ALL LOTS ARE SOLD IN CANADIAN FUNDS. U.S. funds will be accepted at the
    prevailing rate of exchange.
8. Successful mail bidders will be notified of their purchases and lots forwared on receipt of
    remittance. Forwarding charges, insurance and registration plus a minimum handling fee
    of $1.50 will be charged to the buyer.
9. The placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of the foregoing conditions of sale.

NOTE: There is a 3% surcharge on all credit cards to cover bank charges.

BIDDING ADVANCES ARE:
$1.00 to $25.00, $2.50 to $50.00, $5.00 to $100.00, $10.00 to $200.00, $25.00 to $500.00
